Sales Conditions for the Peregrina Beer Online Store

 

1-General

These general conditions of sale are strictly applied to all sales of products made in Spain, to individuals and companies.

2-Prices

The prices published in CERVEZAS PEREGRINA (peregrina.eu) are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices are inclusive VAT (IVA) applicable on the day of the order, any change of VAT (IVA) rate will be applied automatically to the prices of products sold in CERVEZAS PEREGRINA (peregrina.eu).

3-Payment Methods

When placing an order, the customer will have the option to pay for the purchases made in CERVEZAS PEREGRINA (peregrina.eu) via PayPal.

4-Product

The products offered by CERVEZAS PEREGRINA (peregrina.eu) are valid within the limit of available stocks. CERVEZAS PEREGRINA (peregrina.eu) reserves the right to modify the product assortment depending on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.

5-Shipping

Through the online store of CERVEZAS PEREGRINA (peregrina.eu) you can only place orders with delivery in Peninsular Spain. The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.

By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the client at the time of registration in CERVEZAS PEREGRINA (peregrina.eu). On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no delivery or delivery of orders. However, a delay will not imply or cancel the order or compensation.

    6-Cancellation and Return policy

    6-1 Product returns

    All products sold may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in perfect condition, unused and with its original seal and packaging intact.
    To return a product you only have to contact us by email at administracion@peregrina.eu indicating your order number. You will receive the necessary instructions for the return.

    6-2 Cancellation of orders:

    If the cancellation of the order occurs before the goods have been sent, the client will not have any expense. If the cancellation is made after the goods have been sent, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs of this same order.
